Practising with professional accreditation (NCPS & MBACP)
Offering integrative, talk-based therapy tailored around your unique lived experience. Grounded in Person-Centred principles, Transactional Analysis, and Somatic awareness, amongst other modalities.
Therapy begins with creating space to slow down. Use this 4-4-4 rhythm whenever you need a moment to settle and ground before exploring further.
As a qualified psychotherapist holding the Prof Dip Psych C, my private practice is dedicated to providing confidential, non-judgmental therapy backed by professional accreditation with both the NCPS and MBACP. With over six decades of rich life experience, I bring emotional maturity, humanness, and active presence to every session. Alongside my clinical work, I maintain a local community role as Chair of Trustees at Ipsum, a much-loved Wiltshire charity supporting creative arts therapies.
My approach in private practice is talk-based, integrative, and deeply relational—drawing upon Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Somatic awareness, amongst other therapeutic frameworks, to help clients gain clarity, process emotion, and foster genuine self-compassion.
Exploring patterns in how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Combining Person-Centred principles, Transactional Analysis, and Somatic grounding, amongst other modalities.
An LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming environment for all identities.
